I’VE PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

All orders will ship as soon as possible (within 1-4 days depending on stock level). Once processed you will receive a confirmation email. The shipping time depends on where you live. Click here for shipping estimates per country.


THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT COME BACK?

Items that are marked sold out will often get restocked again. If you would like to know when a specific item will get back in stock, head over to the product page to sign up for an automatic back-in-stock notification.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return here.

Be aware that pierced ear jewelry is non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons  (unless faulty).
