These terms apply to all users of the domain neinties.com. Please read this section carefully before placing any orders on neinties.com. Neinties reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Neinties does not guarantee that all items included in its web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Neinties will contact you shortly by email. Neinties cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Neinties may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Neinties strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur.

Neinties reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Neinties acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, Neinties' obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Neinties can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Neinties. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Neinties will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Web shop
The web shop operates Monday to Friday 10am to 10pm CET with exception of Danish public holidays.

All orders are shipped from our office in Denmark, and we will deliver your order in the shortest amount of time possible. Estimated delivery terms for your country can be found here. Please note that the delivery times are provided as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility due to eventual delays in transfer and/or stock availability.

First time order policy
For your security, Neinties reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or corporate work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Responsibility
Neinties is responsible for your product until it leaves our facility, at which point the responsibility of the shipment lies upon the carrier.

Sale policy
Kindly note that delivery times can be slightly longer due to a large amount of orders.

Return Policy
Please note that our return policy states that all items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. As soon as we have received the returned item we will inform you by email. Returns that are not approved by the stated conditions will be re-shipped to you and all fees in connection will be charged to your account. For international refunds please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned items - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.

Faulty items
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Neinties jewelry is delicate in nature and should be handled with care.
