RETURNS

You have the right to return new, unworn and unused goods within 14 days. The goods need to be returned in their original packaging. They cannot be used other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is any evidence that suggests that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, you lose the right to request a return. Please remember that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for. 

Please be advised that, for hygiene and safety reasons, pierced ear jewelry is non-returnable. Unless faulty.

Follow these steps when making a return:

1. Visit neinties.com/makereturn

 2. You will receive a return form within 24 hours of request. Print it out and add the form to the return package.

3. Make sure the item is packed properly and neatly

4.  Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box

5. Please tape the package securely. For customers outside EU, make sure to write the return value is 0 (due to custom duties). Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper

6. Drop off at the post office. Please take your parcel to any post office in your country and, once you hand it over remember to ask for a receipt. The return costs are covered by the customer. Neinties will only cover shipping costs incurred in return product(s) if the return is a result out of error.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To prevent fraud, we will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order. Neinties is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU.

Depending on the country to which your order was sent, you may be able to contact your local customs bureau directly for a refund of these costs. Please take note that for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU where deliveries have been refused by the customer or the customer was not available to receive the delivery, Neinties will not be able to refund customs duties and sales taxes.

Refunds

Card refunds will be completed within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
